Bear Creek’s Most Common FAQs — Straight Answers From the Mouth of the River
How do I pay Rent?
Rent can be paid through the online Tenant Portal using an ACH bank transfer or debit card. Payments are processed electronically, and you'll receive confirmation once your payment has been submitted.
What Qualifies as an Emergency Maintenance Request?
Emergencies are situations that affect the health, safety, or habitability of the home, such as major plumbing leaks, loss of heating or cooling during extreme weather, electrical hazards, or security-related issues. Our emergency line is answered by a real person 24/7 so we can respond quickly when urgent situations arise. 928-420-4562
Can I Request a Specific Contractor?
You're welcome to make recommendations, but for liability and quality-control purposes, repairs are generally completed by licensed and insured contractors from Bear Creek's approved vendor network.
What Happens When I Move out?
We'll conduct a move-out inspection, document the property's condition, review any applicable charges, and provide a security deposit accounting in accordance with Arizona law. Our goal is to make the process fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Who do I Contact if I Have Questions During my Lease?
Your property manager is always your best point of contact. You'll work with the same Bear Creek team that knows your home, understands your situation, and is available to help when questions arise.
